Bakery Cooling Equipment Multi-Step Cooler

When product cooling can be done inside the baking pans,the Multi-Step Cooler is an excellent solution. After the pans are fed into the cooler, it is lifted up with an L-shape carrier. This process is repeated until the first pan has reached the top level. The pans are then moved over to the descending part of the cooler. Once a row is complete, they are lifted down with an L-shape carrier. This process is repeated until the first pan has reached the bottom level and leaves the cooling system.
