The roti(also known as chapatti) is a round flat bread that made with flour, water, and salt,but without yeast, and then thoroughly rolled into flattened dough. roti is consumed in many countries worldwide.

Roti ranges from below one millimeter to a few centimeters thick so that they can be easily eaten without being sliced. They can be baked in an oven, and eaten fresh or packaged and frozen for later use.
