The cookies can be deposited either directly onto an oven band or
onto baking trays on a conveyor. SAIMAI’s indirect heated oven
which has air circulation system is suitable for baking cookie,
which can ensure every biscuit is even colored and has perfect
texture. The working parameters can be adjusted while machines are
running, to further reduce stoppages. When running at steady state
our ovens require no operator presence, and the efficient
insulation system saves energy.

1.Machine provided with double head for producing double-color
cookie(wire cut cookie) and encrusting cookie.
2.Depositing head consisting of two hoppers each with a pair of
grooved feeding rollers that leads the dough to the individual
positive displacement pumps, one for each outlet, at constant
pressure, allowing a very accurate dosing, without any variation in
weight and volume of the product.
3.The machine can work as Depositor, with vertical and horizontal
motion of the two heads to follow the baking belt and avoiding
product tails, as Wire-cutter, with heads fixed over the baking
belt, dough feeding by means of the pump system, cutting of the
product by means of a wire fitted on a oscillating frame to feed a
row of products at a time on the baking belt, as Continuous
Extruder, with fixed head, feeding rollers and pumps rotating
continuously giving one set of dough lanes to be cut by a
guillotine before or after baking depending on the product.

accurately, with easily changeable accessories (wire-cut templates,
