Cake Tunnel Oven

The cupcake tunnel oven is the most stable tunnel oven.

Control and regulating components are supplied according to the customer´s wish. The oven is equipped with continuous control of the baking time, with a helical bevel gearbox with a frequency converter for the drive of the oven conveyor. The basis for the cyclothem oven is an under-pressure heating system with indirect heating with the option for setting up of the temperature curve, manually or PLC controlled servo-drives for heat dampers, digital thermometers, and a lot of enhancements and improvements that allow perfect baking of the products in very low-cost operation while the quality of the products is constantly kept in such ovens.
